Belarusian mountain skier Shkanava won the slalom at the FIS races in Switzerland
Leading Belarusian skier Maryia Shkanava won the slalom competition that was held in St. Moritz, Switzerland, under the auspices of the International Ski Federation (FIS). In addition, she won a silver medal in other disciplines - giant slalom, said the Belarusian Federation of skiing and snowboarding.
Shkanava won the slalom with a total time of the result after two attempts - 1 min. 44.19 sec. By the way, the benefit of the Belarusian skier over all competitors, including the winners in this discipline, was overwhelming.
In December at the FIS competitions Maryia Shkanava already won all kinds of awards. She became the owner of bronze in the French Val Thorens on a giant slalom track. In the National Federation of skiing emphasize that the stability of the athlete in this discipline is particularly encouraging, and it is the key to the other types of ski program.
