Remains of 110 French soldiers were reburied in StudenkaThe reburial of one hundred and ten soldiers of Napoleon army who died on the territory of Belarus during the events of year 1812 took place in village Studenka.

The event went on at the civil cemetery of Studenka, on the right riverbank of the Berezina, near the French memorial devoted to the war of 1812 and the crossing the Berezina by the Napoleon army.

Soldiers remains were found in June 2012 by the 52 Search Battalion of the Ministry of Defense in Logoisk area not far from village Gorbovschina.
The French Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Belarus Michel Raineri as well as representatives of Minsk region executive committee, Borisov and Logoisk district executive committees became a party to funeral ceremony.
