The richest Spaniard will work in BelarusThe owner of Inditex Group and Zara brand Spaniard Amancio Ortega who ranked the fourth in the world ranking of billionaires agreed the entrance of his companies to Belarusian market.

During April 2014 several companies of Inditex Group, which will represent to Belarusian market major brands of the group, were registered in Minsk.

These companies are "Zara Bel" (Zara), "Zarahome Bel" (Zara Home), "Pull & Bear Bel" (Pull and Bear), "Stradivarius Bel" (Stradivarius), "Oysho Bel" (Oysho) and "Massimo Dutti Bel"(Massimo Dutti). Only Bershka and Uterque from global brands of the Spanish group are absent.

Until the spring of this year Belarus had remained one of the few bright spots in the European business of 78-year-old retailer, whose fortune is 63.4 billion according to Forbes’ experts.

Inditex Group has worked long on all our neighboring countries markets. Shops of almost all Group brands (Zara, Zara Home, Bershka, Massimo Dutti, Pull and Bear, Stradivarius, etc.) are opened in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia. 

Amancio Ortega is the most successful global producer and marketer of ready-made garments. He stayed the fourth in the Forbes ranking behind only Microsoft founder Bill Gates, Mexican Carlos Slim Helú and American financier Warren Buffett.

Owner of Inditex Group is the richest Spaniard in the world. The second place among Spanish billionaires gets his daughter and co-owner of the company Sandra Mera. In the Forbes ranking she got 227 place with $ 6 billions capital.
