Belarusian biathlete Darya Domracheva claims to be the best athlete of the year by journalists’ version of the International Sports Press Association (AIPS), corresponds the official site of the National Olympic Committee.

Traditionally, at the end of the year AIRS vote on the definition of the best athletes and teams. In 2014, among the nominees is the three-time winner of the Olympic Games in Sochi, Darya Domracheva.

In voting sports journalists around the world - members of the international association participate.
