More than 6,000 guests are expected at the New Year's holidays in hotels of Minsk, the first deputy head of the household and hotel services of Minsk Executive Committee Yuryi Natychka.

"Guests from different countries actively book place in hotels for New Year's holidays. Some hotels are already booked for about 90%. The average occupancy rates during the holidays will be around 80%," - said Yuryi Natychka.

During the Christmas holidays, the guests will enjoy a variety of actions. Some hotels will give guests a free spa area, New Year's events with a discount, small gifts for children. Romantic weekends will be full of surprises, what is very popular among tourists.

There are 44 hotels in Minsk. It is expected that by the year-end the loading of hotels will be 43-45%. In the following year the city plans to attract about 200 thousand tourists from other regions of Belarus and more than 130 thousand foreigners.
