Top 5 the most popular attractions in Belarus in 2013
The most popular Belarusian sights in 2013 were named by Director of the Tourism Department of Ministry of Sports and Tourism Vadim Karmazin at the ministry’s meeting.
The National Historical and Cultural Museum - Reserve ”Niasvizh“ became the leader in attendance in 2013. It was visited by more than 400 thousand people. Next on the list of the most attractive places for travelers were Memorial Complex ”Brest Hero-Fortress“ (390 thousand visitors), Gomel Palace and Park Ensemble (300 thousand visitors), Mir Castle Complex. Polotsk National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve closed the top five most popular attractions with over 200 thousand visitors.
In 2012 the Brest Fortress was on the top and was followed by the National Historical and Cultural Museum - Reserve ”Nyasvizh“ and Mir Castle Complex
