The director of the Research Institute of Phthisiopulmonology of Moscow Medical Academy named after Sechanau the surgeon Michael Perelman died in Moscow at the age of 88 years.Perelman was a Doctor of Medicine and a member of the editorial board of International Trends in General Thoracic Surgery.
During his career, Perelman spent more than 3,5 thousand operations on the chest in the seven countries.
Michael Perelman was born on December 20, 1924 in Minsk in a family of doctors. His parents used to move often and he lived in Barysau, Gomel, Vitebsk. He has been in the evacuation since 1941.
