"Belposhta" is going to issue a card with the mark of 175th anniversary of Kalinouski

The stamp has a portrait of Kalinouski against newspapers "Myzhickaya prauda" and there is the performance of Kalinouski to the peasants on the card. The postcard and the stamp appear on January 28, 2013.Historical information from the "Belposhta" (in Russian) tells us that Kastus Kalinouski (Vikenci Canstancinavich Kalinouski) (was born on February 2, 1838 (in Mastaulyany, Grodno district) died on March 22, 1864) is a revolutionary, democrat, writer, one of the leaders of the revoluton in 1863-1864 on the territory of modern Belarus and Lithuania.
In 1862-1863 years K. Kalinouski together with friends run the publication and distribution of an illegal revolutionary newspaper in Belarusian named "Myzhickaya prauda".
