The homestead in the tract Vialae was built by Benedict Tyshkevich. The first building was a one-story wooden building - "hunting lodge", later a fire destroyed the wooden house. The owners built in its place a new one from stone, the remains of which have survived till today.
During World War II, the manor house was blown up by partisans to destroy German pilots who were there. The rest completed the locals who pilfered house into "bricks", and athletes climbers who trained here during the Soviet era.
