Belarus and Turkey have an agreement about visa-free travel for citizensIntergovernmental agreements about visa-free travel and readmission between Belarus and Turkey were signed on March, 29 in Minsk during the visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu.

"Preparation and signing of this agreement were initiated after negotiations in Turkey in 2010," - said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Vladimir Makey.

He said that this agreement provides visa-free travel for citizens of one country to another "for 30 days at one time or for 90 days in a year." "We hope that this fact will increase the number of Turkish citizens who will visit Belarus for tourism purposes," - said the Belarusian Minister.
